How does it heat up?
Plug it into a USB power source and press the button on the chest. Tap again to switch between low, medium and high.
Does it come with a power bank?
No. It runs on any USB power source: a power bank, laptop, USB wall adapter or car USB port. You can add our power bank to your order right above the Add to cart button.
How long does it stay warm on a power bank?
It depends on the heat level and the size of your power bank. Low heat lasts the longest, and a larger power bank runs longer than a small one.
What size is it?
One size with a relaxed, roomy poncho fit that drapes over your shoulders and arms.
Is it washable?
Yes! Unplug it and remove the USB cable and controller first, then wash it following the care label. Let it dry completely before plugging it back in.
Can I sleep in it?
No. It's not for use while sleeping or on infants. Unplug it when you're done using it.
